:+: Taiwan Trip 13th - 18th Apr 2009 :+:

Time flies! 5th month of 2009 ... Wow ... Just collaged some of my Taiwan pics for sharing ... Taiwan is fun & i'm missing there already ... The food, the 夜市，the 麻辣臭臭 pot，阿宗面线，etc ... I guess even every yr go taiwan i will be contented already. hee hee ...

13th April 09 - Day 01

Woke up kinda early to pack my luggage ... Then, Eric came to fetch us to airport ... Had our lunch there ... Ate popeye and the food is really salty ... haa .. Wont try again next time ba ... =P

While waiting to board the plane .... The excited us .. haa ...

On the plane ... lucky us got one empty seat beside ... I can stretch my leg so that not so cramp ... hee hee ... While love is playing PSP, i relac one corner reading Taipei Tour book .. haa ... We ordered one can of Pepsi @ S$3.00/can ... No choice, budget airline don't provide drinks .. dots ..

After 4 hours of flight, we touched down at Taoyuan Airport about 7pm ... Love's aunt came to fetch us ... Dinner awaiting at home ... Woohoo! Hungry lo ..... Reached Love's TW home around 8+pm ... His mom already prepared dinner ..... Yum Yum ...

haa ... After dinner, Love gonna carry the giant watermelon to the car ... Its heavy! =P

After slacking, Love bring me to one of the 夜市 just behind his house ... Shopping started and we went to makan again! hehe .. Had 乌梅冰 .. 乌梅汁 & 麻辣臭豆腐 ... Its nice and not really smelly ... hee ... Me like ... =D

That ended my day 01 at Taipei .... =0)

14th April 09 - Day 02

YooHoo! Today is a special day cus its Love's bday! =D Muacks ...

Woke up and walked to eat breakfast ... hee .. A place similar to 豆浆油条大王 at Geylang ... I love the 饭团 most lo! its really good ... *drool ...* After makan, 打包面线 home to eat ... haaa ....

Planned to go 淡水 today ... a place i always go whenever i go TW .. haa ... Took bus 225 to the nearest MRT station and there we go ..... 淡水!! Yippee ....

haha ... Did i mention that i totally bring wrong clothings to Taipei? Gosh ... Its spring yet i tot its summer ... Quite cold lor yet i only bring sleeveless & shorts ... diaoz ... =P The problem for not doing homework 1st ... =S

Walk walk see see look look & not forgetting makan! hee hee ...

Had 肉圆，Ah Gei (the dao pok with tung hoon inside), 大肠包小肠，Fried 金针菇, etc ... Bought 弹朱汽水 for my kor .. haa ....

Did some shopping and off we go back home to have dinner with Love's mom ... On the way back ... Gonna take train and change bus again ... haaa ...

Took cab down to a posh restaurant ... Didn't really know the name but quite famous ... Love's mom ordered lots of food for us ... Also to celebrate Love's bday ba ... haa ...

She ordered lamb steak for both of us, abalone salad for me (cuz i dont eat prawn =P) while Love & mom had prawn salads ... Each individual soup & hand rolls ... Sashimi & desserts ... The Sashimi is ex ... NT 50 per pc ... diaoz ... But the food is fresh ....

Damn full ... took bus 226 home and watch TV dramas ... haha ... Meanwhile wait for Love's sis for the cake cutting session .... Tada ~~

Happie Birthday again .... my Love =D Love ya!! I love the candle ... "?" wahahaa ... Age is sensitive .... =S

After cake cutting session, went the the nearest 夜市 shopping again! haa ... I love TW 夜市 and i can go there every nite without feeling bored. haa =P

That ended my Day 2! =D

15th April 09 - Day 03

Woke up late! Like 12 noon ... haaa ... That sandwitch bought by Love's mom suppose to be breakfast ... End up eat together with Lunch ... oops! And i love his mom's cooking! Its really delicious ... Esp the chix ... Smooth dao ~~ *Drool Drool* ...

Planned to go 西门町 today! Another must go place in TW .... hee hee ... As usual, took bus to the MRT station & change ...

And upon reaching 西门町, the MUST GO place is 阿宗面线!! Once we reached we ate a bowl of mee sua on the spot .. haa ... & ordered their bubble tea too ... Thumbs up!! =D

As usual, after makan went shopping! My fave ... hee hee ... Went in to this accessories shop and they have this photo taking corner ... Tada ~

Next .... had 雪花冰 !!

Continue shopping ... Spotted funny signs ... haha ...

Guess what ... we went to have another bowl of 阿宗面线 while wandering around 西门町 .... Then came across with this cutting thingy ... Love & me go try for fun! hee ... The uncle damn cute ... Clip flower on my hair .. ha ...

After spending hours at 西门町, head down to famous 士林夜市 for another round of shopping ... Also, main objective is to eat 豪大大鸡排!! Always long queue yet willing to wait ... haa ... =P

While queuing ... spotted local artist over there too ... Damn qiao .. haa ... Walk ard and took cab home ... Damn tired by then .. haa ... =P

That ended my Day 03!!

16th April 09 - Day 04

Woke up quite early today to have breakfast .... 卡啦鸡腿堡 is strongly recommended by Love ... and his ALL TIME FAVE Lor Ba Peng ... haha ... Not forgetting giant "yakult" ...

The morning 夜市 is actually a market ... Went to buy some grocery with Love's mom and also buying Lunch ingredients ... Am taking pics like everywhere till Love's mom comment i like v sua ku ... Everything also wanna snap .. haa ... =P

After the market trip, we went home to slack again .. haa .. Can u imagine i go taiwan 追 HK drama ... haa dotss ... Every day sure on TV & watch ... somemore 1 day they play few episodes .. haa ... Gila ....

Tada ~ Lunch is ready ... Love's mom cooking is really superb!! hee hee ... Somemore am a soup lover so .... GREAT!! Happie Lunch! =0)

After lunch, Me and Love walked a few streets away from his hse to walk walk see see look look .... Spotted some cute doraemon cakes ... hee hee ... Some random snaps ...

Then went home to slack again!! haha .. You guys may wonder how come whole of day 4 just slacking at home? Go Market? Watching drama? dotss ...

Its because i spent most of my $$ liao ... haha .. oops! And we suppose to go 高雄 via 高铁 ... However, last min change of plan .. Love's aunt gonna lend us her car hence we just rest at home 1st .... And head for dinner nearby ... Love's fave lor ba peng! Its really nice .. haa ...

At about 11+pm ... Get ready to go .... Send Love's Aunt home and off we start our journey getting out of Taipei ...

The road at nite ... dark dark ...

That ended my day 04 & continue to Day 05 on the road ....

17th April 09 - Day 05

After few hours of ride, there's a stop over .... Went down to buy drinks, tibits, toilet breaks & rest ... Its like mid nite 3am ba ... Saw huge lollipop and Love bought for me .. Plus the cutie packing sweets! haha .. Me like ... =)

After short break, we went to the car and sleep .... I guess i sleep too long .. haha ... when i woke up, Love is already driving and reaching his Ah Ma's house at 屏东 ... Sky at 6+am .... Nice air & weather! =D

Love's auntie drove out to buy breakfast for us ... So sweet! Then we went upstairs to take a nap ... Soon, lunch awaiting .... Yum Yum .... =0)

After lunch, Love suggest to go 垦丁 cuz he said is nearby ... End up is a 2 hours ride!!! haha ... Snap around while on the way there ... Nice sky .... =D

Going Kenting National Park ... So near yet so far .... And i bought a pinkie mask back at Taipei ... hee hee ... The air in Taipei is abit polluted so wore mask to walk around ... Its a norm there too! haa ...

More 垦丁 sign means we are reaching! Went to pump petrol too ... haa ... Just in case ....

Like finally, we are driving along the coaster ... 垦丁!! After 2 hrs ... Hot weather there and Love bought a hat for me to shield from the sun! hee hee ... Me like and that's my best 垦丁's souvenir & memories !! =0)

After we bought the hat, off we leave 垦丁 .. haha ... Madness rite ... After 2 hrs of ride there .... We actually touch & go ... So i can say Love is very sweet to drive 4 hrs and bought me a lovely pink hat! =D haha ....

Me took over the wheels and drove to the nearest 7-11 for our tea break ... Bought tibits & drinks again ... Not forgetting to eat their cup noodles .. hehe ... As we are rushing to 高雄, Love drive again .... Going back 屏东 to take our bags ...

Then, on our way to 高雄 ... Nice sunset!!

After 1+ hour, we finally reached 高雄 .... Love's Ah Ma, Dad & Bro are waiting for us to go dinner .... Oopss .. so paisey to keep them waiting ... =P

Went to a nice restaurant intro-ed by Love's dad and they ordered lots of food again ... haa ... This is part of the dishes .. Didn't manage to take all cuz busy eating .. =P

After dinner, slack at Love's bro room to use his com ... Playing facebook! haa ... took a nap till 5+am and time to rush back Taipei to pack our luggages ...

That ended my day 05 & continue day 06 ...

18th April 09 - Last Day!

My turn to help Love to drive while he rest ... But i only drove from 1 stop over to another and i went back to slp again ... haa .. Stress leh ... Its norm to drive 110-120 km ... but its left hand drive so not very used to the big blind spot ... haa .. Excuses anyway ... =P

Love's turn to rest & took pics on my behalf .. haa ...

Then, about 11+am ... Reached 新竹 ... Dropped by to find Love's aunties & cousins .... He drove his cousin's motor to his auntie's noodle shop ... hee ... Me sit behind ... Xiu xiu scared ... =P

Free treat from his auntie ... Nice food & generous serving .... How not to be fat .. haa ... oops!

Another 2 hours ride back to Taipei ... finally .... haa ... By then Love's mom already preparing late lunch for us ... Fave soup again! And ate nice 肉圆 bought from 新竹 ... One word: Blessed! =0)

Can you imagine i drank at least half pot of soup! haha .. Its really nice ... awww!

Chop chop packed our luggages and drove to meet Love's aunt ... Then, Taoyuan Airport .... Had trouble checking in cuz our luggage overweight! Dotss ... Unpacking on the spot ... Sigh ..

Then, finally checked in .. Walk walk see see look look ... Took pics with Love's mom before boarding ... =D

That ended my Taiwan Trip!!

Overall, had an enjoyable trip with Love .... Can't wait to go holiday with Love again .... hee hee ... I wanna go Genting next ... Awww ...

Also, thanks Love for the care all these while ... Lovess .... Muacks!! =0)
